Plan, supervise and deliver programmes according to MindChamps policies and philosophy, prepare teaching aids, record children's progress, complete progress reports and developmental portfolios, communicate with parents, use positive discipline, guide assistant teachers, provide basic first aid and maintain the classroom learning environment.
