Deliver MindChamps' research-backed literacy programme, plan and implement classroom activities, prepare age-appropriate teaching aids, use positive guidance, build relationships with children and parents, and record and address each child's educational and developmental needs. The programme was created by Australian literacy experts and is based on the Early Years Framework. Requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant educational studies, at least 1 year's classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7, creative and dynamic lesson delivery, strong communication and classroom management skills, and knowledge of educational, developmental and cognitive psychology.
