Manage licensing, health and safety requirements, work with regulatory agencies, mentor teachers, provide leadership for school goals and curriculum objectives, prepare and control budgets, manage tuition fee collections and cash disbursements, maintain financial records and prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management. Requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Teaching and Leadership, a degree in Early Childhood Education is advantageous, and at least 3 years of teaching and management experience in childcare or preschool.
