Plantclub is expanding into Munich and is looking for a Plant Care & Install Expert to help establish local operations. Responsibilities include building local operations and a team from day one, installing and caring for plants in offices and other spaces, watering, pruning, bug treatment, re-potting, managing plant treatments and replacements, and maintaining strong relationships with Plantclub members. The role offers work with a wide variety of plants, hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup, a dynamic and diverse team, and flexible working arrangements. Candidates should have experience with greenery, flowers, or indoor plants, strong knowledge of plant species and care requirements, the ability to lift 25kg independently and climb a ladder, client-facing skills, English and German at C1 level, an EU driver's licence and comfort driving a van up to 3.5t around Munich. Experience with semi-hydroponic systems and a valid German Sachkundenachweis for plant protection products are advantages.
