Freelance role supporting the Berlin operations team with deliveries and logistics, installing and caring for plants in offices and other spaces, providing expert plant care including watering, pruning and repotting, and building strong relationships with Plantclub members. Applicants should be able to lift 25 kg independently, climb a ladder, hold an EU driver's license and feel comfortable driving a van up to 3.5 tonnes around Berlin. The role requires a green thumb, an interest in interior design, adaptability, strong communication skills and English proficiency at C1 level. Experience with greenery, flowers or indoor plants, knowledge of plant species and care requirements, German language skills and experience with semi-hydroponic systems are advantageous.
