RTRLAW is seeking a full-time, experienced and highly motivated bilingual personal injury litigation paralegal for its Garland, Texas office. The role manages the full lifecycle of litigation cases from initial client intake through trial and post-trial procedures, serving as a primary case manager and supporting attorneys. Responsibilities include handling a high-volume caseload, managing cases from intake through settlement and closing, contacting clients, insurance companies and medical providers, ordering medical records, obtaining documents, determining insurance coverage and policy limits, maintaining organized case files, and drafting litigation complaints and discovery responses. Applicants must have at least 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience, have handled a caseload of at least 100 cases, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have strong communication, organizational, computer and deadline-management skills. The position is fully onsite and is not remote.
