RTRLAW seeks a driven plaintiff personal injury attorney for its Dallas team. The role manages a caseload from pre-suit through litigation, focusing on client advocacy and case resolutions. Responsibilities include working with clients, negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel, representing clients in court, managing auto accident, slip and fall, premises liability and wrongful death cases, drafting discovery and motions, conducting legal research and writing, and working with medical and other experts. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar, have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience, experience drafting demands and responding to motions, substantial knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules, strong writing and legal research skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required. The position is fully onsite in the Dallas office and is not remote. RTRLAW offers a $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus commissions, employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a referral program, paid time off, paid holidays, bar dues and CLEs, and a positive work culture.
