Dr David Jack's Clinics is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator to provide a personalised and luxury experience for clients in Edinburgh. The role is the first point of contact for clients and supports their journey from enquiry through to post-appointment follow-up. Working within core hours of 10am to 6pm and every second Saturday is required. Requirements include previous receptionist, front of house or administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication, experience handling sensitive and confidential information, strong customer service in a luxury setting, knowledge of aesthetics and skincare, confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Mac, Google Workspace and CRM systems, and strong time management. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing diaries and administration, answering calls and emails, advising on treatments and skincare products, supporting practitioners, managing petty cash and payments, stock management, and supporting PR, marketing and clinic events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
