Dr David Jack Clinic is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Master Aesthetician to join its London clinic. The role involves maintaining smooth clinic operations, delivering exceptional customer care and providing high-quality treatments and patient experiences. This is not an injector role. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, with work potentially required between 8am and 8pm and every second Saturday. Requirements include NVQ level 4 or 5 as a Laser Skin Therapist, at least two years' experience in an aesthetic clinic or spa, knowledge of clinical procedures, health and safety and medical compliance standards such as CQC, luxury customer service experience, knowledge of aesthetics and skincare, sales and conversion skills, strong time management, CRM booking system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Responsibilities include skin consultations, treatment and skincare recommendations, patient journey management, treatment delivery, aftercare, clinical record keeping, clinic operations, stock management, product and service sales, marketing support and ongoing professional development.
