Join Footbridge Centre for Integrated Orthopaedic Care in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, high-volume orthopaedic and sports medicine clinic. The Patient Care Coordinator provides exemplary patient-centred care, supports patients by phone, provides appointment and surgery information, schedules and coordinates in-person and virtual clinics, triages messages, facilitates imaging requisitions and prescriptions, maintains patient records, supports physician billing and insurance claims, and collaborates with the care team. The role requires proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment, excellent computer skills, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, a high school diploma, and proficiency in English. Experience with the Input Health electronic medical record system, medical terminology, a multidisciplinary medical environment, or an accredited Medical Office Assistant program is an asset. This full-time position may require flexible hours. Benefits are available after successful completion of a three-month probationary period.
