In Berlin, you will manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM fault resolution throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good basic understanding of IT, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
