In Berlin, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily filling of ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers for timely ATM replenishment. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong customer and service orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
