In Berlin, you are responsible for the daily business related to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, process and coordinate ATM faults throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions in the daily business. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, willingness to learn, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good basic understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and ideally English.
