In Berlin, you are the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily business related to filling ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers so ATMs are refilled promptly. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer orientation, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented working style, strong teamwork and communication skills, and ideally very good English.
