In this Berlin-based role, you manage the daily business related to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, resolve ATM faults remotely, record and categorise faults, process and coordinate ATM incidents throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions in daily business. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical skills, KPI orientation, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
