In this Berlin role, you manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor ATMs, provide remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM fault resolution throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational matters. Requirements include completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-focused skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
