In Berlin, you are responsible for the daily availability of ATMs, monitor ATMs, resolve faults remotely, record and categorise incidents, coordinate ATM incidents throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
