In Berlin, you are responsible for the daily business concerning ATM availability, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, record and categorise faults, handle and coordinate ATM faults throughout Germany, and serve as the first point of contact for operational questions in the daily business. Requirements include a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good general understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
