In Berlin, you are the first point of contact for customers, handle complaints by phone and email, provide comprehensive customer service, manage the daily business related to filling ATMs, document movements in databases and Excel, and coordinate service providers so that ATMs are refilled promptly. Requirements include a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in inside sales or customer support, strong service and customer focus, very good MS Office skills, an independent and solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and communication skills, and preferably very good English.
