The Department of Mathematics at the Courant Institute is seeking faculty at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor level to begin in September 2026. Areas of interest include applied mathematics for physical and life sciences, combinatorics, algebra and number theory, and scientific computing. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field. Applications received before November 15 will be given full consideration. The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 for Assistant Professor, $120,000 to $180,000 for Associate Professor, and $165,000 to $265,000 for Full Professor.
