Manage the sales and delivery of office fitout and refurbishment projects for commercial clients throughout Sydney. Duties include visiting clients, preparing sketches, layouts, estimates and proposals, winning purchase orders, issuing tender invitations, costing trades, negotiating with clients and subcontractors, managing sites, preparing construction programs, processing variations, and controlling cost, quality and delivery timeframes. Applicants need at least 2 years of office fitout company experience, a background in interior design, trades or building, two references, the ability to work unsupervised, Australian Residency and an own ABN, car, mobile, laptop or iPad, white card and first aid certificate. This is a contract or self-employed role, with full-time work and part-time work of three to four days per week considered. An excellent hourly or daily rate and expenses including petrol, parking, mobile and laptop are provided.
