Join DY Constructions Australia's Sydney CBD team to design office fitouts, help prospective clients visualise new or refurbished office spaces, supply fixtures and fittings, win design fee proposals and help estimate fitout works. Duties include visiting clients, taking measurements, preparing layouts, 3D presentations, finishes schedules, mood boards and documentation, assisting with private certifier submissions, liaising with building managers and supporting project managers. Applicants need at least 2 years of office fitout company experience, interior design qualifications, two references, the ability to work unsupervised and Australian Residency. This is a full-time role, with part-time work of three to four days per week also considered. Salary or self-employed arrangements may be available. The role offers progression into estimating, project management and senior management.
