Lead the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy at Abingdon House School's Senior School campus in Marylebone, working with students aged 11 to 18. The role includes supporting the strategic development of occupational therapy provision, line managing the OT team, overseeing caseloads and resources, delivering staff training and CPD, collaborating with therapy leads, SENCOs and external agencies, and providing occupational therapy, assessments, interventions, reports and safeguarding support. Applicants should be qualified as a Band 6 or 7 occupational therapist, hold HCPC registration, and have experience working with children with SEN or SpLD in an education setting, as well as experience leading, supervising and developing a therapy team.
