Sexual Health Victoria is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead its nursing team and ensure the delivery of safe, inclusive and high-quality clinical services. The role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight and involves managing day-to-day clinical operations, leading and coaching the nursing team, coordinating staffing and rostering, overseeing clinical protocols, infection control and clinical governance, managing budgets and compliance requirements, supporting research and quality improvement, and contributing to organisational leadership and new models of care. The role requires an experienced registered nurse with strong leadership capability and a passion for sexual and reproductive health.
