Sexual Health Victoria is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead, deliver and continuously improve an end-to-end, organisation-wide human resources function. This stand-alone role operates with significant autonomy and provides operational leadership, strategic input and expert advice across employee relations, workforce planning, HR policy and compliance, performance management, learning and development, organisational culture, employee engagement and OHS/WHS. Responsibilities include developing the annual People and Culture Plan, advising leadership on workforce trends and planning, maintaining HR policies and processes, leading employee engagement and culture initiatives, managing employee relations and performance matters, overseeing the employee lifecycle, leading learning and development, managing Employment Hero, and leading wellbeing and workplace safety programs. The role requires senior HR generalist or HR Manager experience, relevant tertiary qualifications, expertise in complex employee relations and workforce capability matters, OHS/WHS and wellbeing experience, strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, HRIS capability, and a valid national police check and Working with Children Check.
