A dynamic pathway designed to harness emerging technologies and cultivate future-ready skills, providing exposure to diverse development opportunities, mentorship and structured job rotations. Successful participants begin with a 2-year Junior Term assigned to a department to build their IT foundation. Exceptional performers may advance to a 2-year Senior Term with a job rotation to expand their IT knowledge and experience across various functions. Job rotation opportunities include Application Development & Support, Cloud Computing, ICT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps and Robotics & Automation. The programme includes mentorship, career progression, internal mobility, technical and leadership development, flexible hybrid working arrangements, sign-on incentives and rewards. Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents who are either fresh IT graduates or IT professionals with less than two years of experience, with a keen interest in technology and a passion to enhance citizens' lives through technology.
