Join the CPF Board's Management Associate Programme, a 2-year programme with two rotations across Policy and Corporate Development, Schemes Delivery, Agency Services, Enforcement and Infocomm Technology domains. The programme includes structured training, interactive sessions, attachments, mentorship, quarterly peer-learning sessions, engagements with senior management, one-to-one mentoring and cross-functional projects. Management Associates may be invited to a further 2-year Senior Term with a third rotation, opportunities to lead projects or supervise teams, and consideration for the Board's talent management programme. Eligibility includes being a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, either a fresh graduate or a working professional with less than two years of experience, and having a passion to make a meaningful impact and enhance citizens' lives. The package includes sign-on incentives, flexible hybrid working arrangements and rewards for achievements. The next round of applications will open in Q3 2026.
