Join Heartland Motors as a Sales Consultant representing Chery, one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in Australia. Guide customers through the purchase of a brand-new vehicle from first enquiry through to delivery, engage customers face-to-face, online and over the phone, understand customer needs, manage enquiries, test drives and follow-ups, work towards individual and team sales targets, maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation, and deliver a consistent, professional customer experience. The role offers a 5-day working week, closed Sundays, uncapped commissions, strong marketing support, ongoing training, coaching and career progression, and a supportive professional culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, motivation, customer focus, professional presentation and a strong work ethic are required. Sales experience from any industry is welcome. Applicants must be able to work Saturdays, with Sundays and one weekday off.
