Heartland Motors is looking for an experienced F&I Business Manager with proven Finance and Insurance experience, ideally within the automotive industry. The role involves introducing and selling in-house Finance, Insurance and Warranty products, using exceptional negotiation skills throughout the sales process, and working with all dealership departments to achieve results. Candidates need exceptional customer service and people skills, proven sales abilities, strong computer skills, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and the confidence to build and foster strong relationships.
