Support Indigenous people navigating the justice system, help ensure Indigenous voices are heard in courts, social services, and correctional settings, coach and guide people through legal challenges, and connect clients with counselling, housing, Elders, and other supports. The role requires strong listening and communication skills, respect for Indigenous cultures and experiences, and a commitment to advocacy, client empowerment, and social justice. Previous experience in social services, legal aid, or community support is an asset. Reports to the Regional Manager. Full time, 35 hours per week. Salary is $55,496.77 to $64,620.17 per year according to the BCGEU Salary Grid. Applications are accepted until the position is filled.
