Provide ongoing support to customers within the appropriate employment services program, helping them achieve sustainable employment outcomes. Develop customer plans, follow up on progress and support customers to become ready for employment. Applicants need people coaching experience, the ability to create customer development plans, self-motivation, adaptability and confidence using computer systems. A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one, a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check, an Open Driver’s Licence, full COVID-19 vaccination and a passion for making a difference are required.
