Provide accurate and timely interpretive and diagnostic specimen testing and reporting in Histology. Responsibilities include preparing and processing samples, releasing results, identifying incidents and non-conformities, supporting corrective action and continuous improvement, assisting with new technology implementation, problem solving, maintaining laboratory safety and quality standards, and protecting patient confidentiality. Requires a college diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent, CMLTO registration in good standing, strong communication, analytical, computer and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
