Lead medium to large enterprise-wide projects through LifeLabs' project management framework, including planning and execution, scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, communications, resources, risks, changes, dependencies and reporting. Manage multiple cross-functional projects, build stakeholder alignment, integrate change management, apply PMO standards, lead project teams, coach and mentor team members, and support project management tools and processes. Requires 7 or more years of project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, formal project management training and PMP certification or equivalent, experience managing complex projects and budgets, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PPM tools.
