Perform clinical testing and release accurate patient results, operate and maintain laboratory analyzers, conduct quality control, investigate discrepancies, validate reagent lots, use laboratory information systems, participate in proficiency testing and software validations, maintain specimen-handling expertise, follow quality and safety requirements, support training and process improvement, and protect confidential information. Requires CAMLPR pathway registration or CSMLS certification, relevant laboratory experience preferred, strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, laboratory software proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Cross-training in Urinalysis or Microbiology may be required.
