Carry out laboratory work activities accurately and efficiently, including specimen data entry and triage, manual and automated testing under technologist supervision, quality assurance procedures, incident and non-conformance identification, equipment maintenance, reagent and control preparation, supply monitoring, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A high school diploma and WHMIS training are required, while Registered Laboratory Assistant status and previous hematology laboratory experience are preferred.
