Care for a loved one through New Hampshire's Choices for Independence Medicaid home care program. Caregivers provide hands-on help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating, along with home activities including cooking and cleaning. Eligible caregivers may be an adult child, friend, relative, spouse, or parent caring for a child under 21. Caregivers must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States. No special certifications are required. Caregivers are paid by Medicaid, with pay at BURD Home Health of up to $20 per hour, plus flexible weekly pay options, resource tools, benefits, deals, and discounts.
