London Mobile Gadgets LTD T/A iRepair Zone is looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to join its London store on a 40-hour contract. The role oversees the daily operations of a growing sales team and supports the company through digital marketing across sales and marketing channels. Duties include distributing key information to departments, providing technical advice to sales staff, coordinating store openings, resolving customer complaints, supervising social media channels, planning and monitoring marketing campaigns, producing digital and printed marketing materials, overseeing company websites, maintaining brand and tone of voice guidelines, managing social media news feeds, coordinating marketing projects, managing marketing collateral and deadlines, communicating with public relations and advertising teams, managing the marketing team, handling crisis communications, executing marketing strategy across advertising, direct marketing and web marketing channels, liaising with senior staff on goods and services, analysing customer reactions and sales figures, monitoring campaigns and promotional activities, controlling staff recruitment and training, and producing or assessing marketing and sales strategy reports. Retail marketing experience, the ability to work in a multicultural environment, first-class communication and writing skills, and a strong understanding of growing social media channels, including engagement and paid ads, are required. Marketing or digital marketing experience of at least 6 months is desirable but not essential.
