Provide administrative, analytical, and field support to logistics operations through ride-alongs, operational audits, route reviews and updates, workforce planning, investigations, recruitment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting schedules and staffing recommendations, implementing operational changes, conducting compliance audits, reviewing reports, preparing investigation documentation, maintaining operational records, coordinating supplies and recruitment activities, and collaborating with Dispatch, Supervisors, Couriers, Laboratory Operations, Patient Service Centres, and other stakeholders. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of recent courier operations experience, a valid provincial driver's licence, strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to travel between operational sites.
