Live with a client in their home to provide one-to-one care and around-the-clock support. Duties may include personal care, medication support, mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal preparation and cooking, housekeeping and domestic tasks, health monitoring, transportation and running errands, ensuring a safe and secure environment, specialist care for conditions such as dementia and Parkinson's, family support, maintaining connections with the local community, and respite for family carers. Previous care experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have the Right to Work in the UK, be fluent in English, have a current DBS check, provide two employment references, and possess a caring and empathetic nature aligned to the company's values. All carers complete in-house induction training, a two-week onboarding programme, and ongoing and specialist training as required. Live-in carers typically earn between £840 and £1,071 per week.
