Shartsis Friese LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 2 to 3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience to work in the Litigation Department. The attorney will handle complex litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and related matters. Meaningful experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules. Successful candidates will have demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills and superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools.
