Shartsis Friese LLP is seeking an associate attorney with approximately 2 to 4 years of solid transactional and corporate securities law experience and an interest in private investment funds for a partnership track position in its nationally prominent Investment Funds and Advisers Group. The group works with private investment funds and investment advisers, including hedge funds, venture funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, and credit funds. Prior private fund or Investment Advisers Act experience is a plus but not required, while significant securities law experience is required. Associates work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
