Create and facilitate individualised leisure and recreational programs, including one-to-one programs, small group and large group activities, events and specialised activities. Programs are driven by residents' needs, wants and desires and support their psychological, social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cultural wellbeing. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent is the base qualification requirement, although relevant experience or other related qualifications and skills may be considered. Ongoing professional development and support for professional growth are provided.
