Provide high-quality personal care to aged care residents and clients based on their individual needs, including help with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility. Work with nurses to develop and deliver person-centred care plans focused on healthy and active ageing and maximising quality of life. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required, or you can undertake this training while working.
