Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis in EYFS or KS1, with some generic classroom teaching assistant duties. The successful candidate should be able to work one to one with children with additional needs, be warm and resilient, have a positive mindset, demonstrate standard English in written and oral communications, be collegiate with good interpersonal skills, build a strong rapport with pupils, assist with whole school priorities when necessary, be committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, and be committed to safeguarding. This is a fixed term contract, primarily to March 2025, with a possibility of extension. Full time, 25 hours over 5 days. Salary is £28,545 to £30,771, pro rata £17,688 to £19,068. Start date: 3 September 2024.
