Design blended learning journeys and performance interventions that create measurable impact. Translate organisational needs into targeted learning solutions and create participant materials, facilitator guides and stakeholder proposals. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in learning design, instructional design or performance consulting, proficiency with Human Centred Design, 5Di or a comparable design process, experience designing blended learning journeys, and strong written communication. Desirable experience includes using AI tools as a design accelerator, visual or UX design for digital learning, and performance consulting or organisational development experience.
