Deliver leadership development, team effectiveness, management skills and behavioural change programmes for senior and executive audiences. Design and facilitate sessions that respond to audience needs, including virtual, cohort and modular programmes. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' facilitation experience in a professional development context, experience with senior and executive audiences, virtual delivery proficiency, and a specialism in leadership, team dynamics, emotional intelligence, coaching culture, change or management development. Desirable experience includes Insights Discovery or Hogan accreditation, Situational Leadership II or equivalent accreditation, change management certification, board-level interventions, and learning design experience.
