The Lead Multimedia Technician manages and maintains audio-visual systems across firm offices, including conference rooms, event spaces, and remote collaboration platforms. The role provides on-site and remote AV support for strategic meetings, internal and client-facing events, depositions, presentations, mock trials, hearings, and live proceedings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting AV equipment, software, and connectivity issues, producing and editing video content, maintaining secure video archives, developing courtroom and arbitration presentations, producing demonstrative evidence materials, and using VR/AR modeling, 3D rendering, and advanced presentation software. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent IT experience, preferably with 5 or more years in multimedia production, AV management, or litigation support in a legal environment; strong customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro; hands-on AV systems experience; familiarity with trial presentation software and VR/AR or 3D visualization tools; and flexibility to travel and work overtime or on-call support as trial schedules require. The position is based in the London office and reports to the IT Operations Manager for Europe.
