Lead the design, development and optimisation of enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, performance scorecards, data models, reports and visualisations. Responsibilities include overseeing the full BI lifecycle, establishing governance and visualisation standards, ensuring data accuracy and version control, collaborating with business analysts, data teams and end users, optimising BI tools and processes, contributing to the analytics roadmap, and supporting user adoption through training, documentation, self-service enablement and mentoring. Applicants should have a degree in Data Analytics or a related field, proven experience as a Lead Data Analyst, BI Developer or similar, experience with data visualisation, reporting, business intelligence, UI/UX design, KPI definition, UAT and data manipulation, knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Quick Sight or SAS Viya, excellent SQL skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, at least 3 years of relevant experience, banking or financial services experience, advanced analytics skills, and awareness of databases such as SQL Server, Teradata or Oracle.
