Review monthly financial records, assist with reconciliations and accounting work, review payroll for personal tax filing and IR8A, ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, handle client accounting queries, improve accounting software and workflows, provide feedback on changing systems, stay updated on accounting regulations, and work with product and technology teams to enhance software. Requires a degree or diploma in Accounting, with ACCA, CPA, or ISCA certification a plus, 3 to 5 years of experience in outsourced accounting or business process outsourcing, and a strong foundation in IFRS, year-end and consolidated financial reports, payroll, personal tax, and GST. The role requires independent workload management, multitasking, professional drive, team guidance, and systems improvement experience.
