Review financial data extracted from receipts, invoices, and bank statements, correct AI-flagged issues, perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliation, generate periodic financial reports, and provide feedback to improve AI models and workflows. Assist clients with system setup, module activation, training, issue resolution, support tickets, user activity monitoring, product testing, user feedback, and training materials. Requires a diploma or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Data, or Information Systems. SaaS experience, exposure to AI or data processing tools, and familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems are preferred. Strong logical, analytical, communication, complaint resolution, multitasking, service, and teamwork skills are required. Good written and verbal Chinese and English are required, with additional languages such as Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese a strong plus.
